Privacy policy

What data the website, the @suv_ai_bot bot and the SUV AI app receive, why, where it is stored and how to delete it — in plain words.

1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is AI CAPITAL FACTORY LLC («AI CAPITAL FACTORY» MChJ), tax ID 313270615, address: 80 Lutfiy St., Samarkand, Uzbekistan (“we”). The suv-ai.online website and the SUV AI service belong to us.

This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, as amended, including Law No. ZRU-1125 of 26 March 2026. By using the @suv_ai_bot bot or the SUV AI app, you agree to the processing of your data on the terms of this policy.

2. What data we receive

• Telegram ID — the bot uses it to recognise you and your fields. We store your Telegram name only when you sign in to the app, to show it in your account.
• Field data: crop, sowing date or age of the plantation, area, irrigation method, soil, the field’s point on the map, the field outline if you drew or uploaded it (KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, shapefile), pump parameters.
• Irrigation records, ratings of advice, views of the “Field status” screen, mowing records.
• Photos and notes you send to the bot. Telegram keeps the file itself; we keep its identifier, caption, date and location if you sent one.
• If photo analysis or “AI Agronomist” is open to you — photos, questions and answers. Photos sent from the app are stored on our server.
• Free-text messages you send to the bot: our team reads them to reply, and the beginning of the message goes to the server’s service log.
• App sign-in: a one-time code and a session.

We do not collect phone numbers, usernames, passport, biometric or genetic data. The bot does not process voice messages.

3. Why we use it

• To calculate when and how much to irrigate — from weather, satellite imagery and your field data.
• To send morning advice on your field at 06:00: urgent advice right away, routine advice no more than once a day.
• To answer your questions.
• To check and improve our advice using your records and ratings.

We do not sell data, show ads or send marketing messages.

4. Legal basis

The basis is your consent (Article 21 of the Law): you register your field and send data to the bot yourself. You can withdraw consent at any time: stop the advice for a field with the /ochirish command, or write to us and we will delete your data.

5. Where the data is stored and who processes it

• The bot, the app and the database run on our server hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Database backups are kept for 14 days on the same server.
• To get imagery of your field, its outline is sent to the satellite services Copernicus Data Space (Sentinel) and Microsoft Planetary Computer (Landsat).
• We get the weather forecast from Open-Meteo for the field’s coordinates, and the base map from Esri for the field’s bounds.
• Photo analysis and “AI Agronomist” answers are prepared by Google Gemini, occasionally by Anthropic. They receive the photos and field details: crop, dates, irrigation method, weather, coordinates rounded to one degree. The field name, your Telegram ID and the exact point are not sent. We use the free tier of Gemini: under its terms Google may use the submitted content to improve its services.
• Telegram delivers and stores messages and photos.
• The app and the Telegram account screens load the map from Leaflet (unpkg.com), OpenStreetMap and Esri, plus the Telegram script. These services see your IP address.

Article 27¹ of the Law requires biometric and genetic data, as well as data of telecom subscribers, to be stored in Uzbekistan. We do not collect such data. The Law allows other data to be stored and processed abroad if one of its conditions is met — for example, in countries on the list of states ensuring adequate protection of personal data (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 415 of 29 July 2026). Our server is in Germany, which is on this list.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The suv-ai.online website sets no cookies and runs no counters. The cookie notice remembers in your browser that you closed it.

The app keeps on your device the sign-in token, language, theme, a queue of irrigation records made offline and a copy of the latest server responses. A point you place on the map using geolocation is sent to the server only together with the field.

7. How long we keep data

• Fields, records and advice — while you use SUV AI. The /ochirish command stops the advice for a field but keeps its history so that it can be restored.
• Backups — 14 days.
• App sign-in code — 10 minutes; session — up to 180 days of inactivity.
• On request we delete your fields, history and photos completely.

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Data goes only to services SUV AI cannot work without (Hetzner, Telegram, Google, Anthropic, Copernicus, Microsoft, Open-Meteo, Esri) and to state bodies where the law expressly requires it.

9. Your rights

Under Article 30 of the Law you may:

• find out whether we hold your data and get information about how it is processed;
• know on what terms and for what purpose it is used;
• ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data and to suspend its processing;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• appeal against our actions to the authorised state body or to a court.

10. How to withdraw consent or ask a question

To find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, message us on Telegram at @AI_capital_factory or call +998 94 005 68 49. You can withdraw consent the same way you gave it. We reply within the time limits set by law.

11. How we protect data

The website and the app work over HTTPS. You sign in to the app with a one-time code from the bot, without passwords; the database keeps a hash of the session token, not the token itself. Only our team has access to the server.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page; its date is shown at the top.
